Job summary

EaseMyDeal (Inditab Esolutions Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and scale EaseMyDeals in-house affiliate program as a core user‑acquisition channel.

You will own the channel end-to-end, including partner acquisition, offers, tracking, fraud control, payouts and performance with a sharp focus on acquiring quality users at a sustainable cost. Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience running an affiliate program in-house, on the brand/advertiser side.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and networks (e.g., Impact, Trackier, Affise, Admitad, Commission or similar) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong grasp of affiliate metrics – CPA, CPS, CPI, EPC, approval rate, LTV and attribution.
• Proven ability to detect and control affiliate fraud and manage payout reconciliation.

• Identify, negotiate with and onboard new affiliates and networks; activate and grow existing partners.
• Set up and maintain tracking through affiliate platforms, postbacks, UTMs and MMP/analytics tools; track KPI by partner and product.

• Collaborate with Product, Tech, Finance and Customer Support on offers, tracking issues, payouts and user complaints.

Work Mode & Days- Work from Office | Monday to Friday

Experience- 4-5 years in affiliate marketing on the brand / advertiser side (in-house)

Qualification- Graduate; MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred

CTC- 8- 15 LPA (based on experience and fit)

Job Summary

We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build and scale EaseMyDeals in-house affiliate program as a core user‑acquisition channel. You will own the channel end-to-end partner acquisition, offers, tracking, fraud control, payouts and performance with a sharp focus on acquiring quality users at a sustainable cost.

Key Responsibilities

1. Program Strategy & Ownership

• Build and own the affiliate program strategy, targets, commission structures and budget across our service lines.
• Decide the right partner mix – cashback and coupon sites, content publishers, comparison platforms, influencers, app‑install and performance networks.
• Design offers and commission models (CPA, CPS, revenue share) that balance volume, quality and margin.

2. Partner Acquisition & Management

• Identify, negotiate with and onboard new affiliates and networks; activate and grow existing partners.
• Manage partner relationships, share creatives, landing pages and offer calendars, and run partner‑specific campaigns.
• Review partner performance regularly; scale top performers and exit low‑quality partners.

3. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics

• Set up and maintain tracking through affiliate platforms, postbacks, UTMs and MMP/analytics tools with the tech team.
• Track clicks, conversions, CPA, EPC, approval rates, repeat usage and ROI by partner and product.
• Run experiments on offers, landing pages and payouts to improve conversion and cost.

4. Fraud Control, Payouts & Compliance

• Detect and block affiliate fraud – fake installs, cashback abuse, incentivised or bot traffic, brand‑keyword bidding and cookie stuffing.
• Validate conversions and reconcile affiliate payouts with Finance every month before release.
• Ensure partner terms, creatives and offers follow brand guidelines and applicable advertising and consumer protection norms.

5. Reporting & Collaboration

• Share weekly dashboards and a monthly channel review with leadership, with clear recommendations.
• Work with Product, Tech, Finance and Customer Support on offers, tracking issues, payouts and user complaints.

Mandatory Skills

• 4–5 years of hands‑on experience running an affiliate program in-house, on the brand / advertiser side.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and networks (e.g., Impact, Trackier, Affise, Admitad, Commission or similar) and MMPs such as AppsFlyer or Adjust.
• Strong grasp of affiliate metrics – CPA, CPS, CPI, EPC, approval rate, LTV and attribution.
• Proven ability to detect and control affiliate fraud and manage payout reconciliation.
• Strong negotiation, partner management and Excel/Google Sheets analytics skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Has built or scaled an in‑house affiliate program at a fintech, payments, recharge/bill‑pay, travel, e‑commerce or consumer internet brand.
• Can show results – users acquired, CPA reduction, partners grown – with numbers.
• Existing relationships with cashback, coupon, content and performance partners in India.
• Note: Profiles with experience only at affiliate networks or agencies (publisher side) will be considered only if they also show brand‑side program ownership.
