Job Summary: The Senior Business Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the partner vertical, non-biddable, and affiliate marketing campaigns. This role involves developing and executing strategic plans, fostering strong relationships with partners and affiliates, and optimizing campaign performance to achieve client objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of affiliate marketing, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Execution:
• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for partner vertical, non-biddable, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for campaigns.
• Campaign Management:
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to improve ROI.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to clients.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, Affiliates, and Clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and affiliates to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Analysis & Reporting:
• Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
• Ensure we send detailed reports on campaign outcomes, including insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their professional goals.
