PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate to engage with clients and deliver tailored Workday HR solutions.

You will build client connections, analyze complex problems, mentor teammates, and contribute to HR transformation initiatives. Based in India, you will work with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services, solving real challenges and growing your skills with hands-on learning, analytics, and change

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting implementations for clients.
• Conducting business analysis to identify client needs and recommend solutions for human resources transformation.
• Utilizing analytical thinking to improve business processes and enhance organizational management.
• Leading project management efforts, including project budgeting and workforce planning, to achieve client objectives.
• Collaborating with clients to develop strategic human resource planning and talent management initiatives.
• Implementing change management strategies to facilitate successful adoption of new HR policies and systems.
• Engaging in benefits administration and employee relations investigations to support client HR functions.
• Leveraging workforce analytics to provide insights and drive data-informed decision-making.
• Facilitating employee engagement surveys and developing strategies to enhance organizational culture.
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.

As an AES Workday Recruiting / Talent Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst)-Operate, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Workday Human Capital to support client needs and drive successful outcomes. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

What You Must Have
