Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Aerchain Developer for Bengaluru to lead configuration across sourcing, RFx/auctions, supplier management and invoicing. You will gather requirements directly with client stakeholders and translate them into functional specs while guiding a team through end-to-end sprint planning and delivery timelines.

You will act as the primary client contact for escalations, drive timely resolutions, and oversee UAT and go-live readiness, ensuring quality and compliance with Infosys

Qualifications

• Experience leading solution design and configuration for enterprise SaaS modules.
• Strong exposure to REST APIs, data modeling, and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with integration architectures and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration of Aerchain modules (sourcing, RFx/auctions, supplier management, contract lifecycle, invoicing) based on client requirements
• Gather and validate requirements directly with client stakeholders; translate business needs into functional specifications
• Manage, mentor, and review the work of a team of Technology Analysts, assigning tasks and ensuring quality of deliverables
• Own end-to-end project/sprint planning, tracking, and delivery timelines
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and drive timely, effective resolution
• Oversee UAT planning and sign-off, ensuring quality standards are met prior to go-live
• Provide regular status reporting to Infosys leadership and client stakeholders
• Review integration and data validation between Aerchain and connected ERP/finance systems
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities within the team's scope of work
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements, and Infosys delivery methodology

Aerchain Developer

• Platform: Aerchain (Source-to-Pay / Procurement SaaS) — advanced configuration and administration across Sourcing, RFx & Auctions, Contract Lifecycle Management, Invoice Processing, Spend Analytics, Supplier Management
• Integration & APIs: REST APIs, Webhooks, Postman; exposure to middleware/iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi) is a plus
• Database & Querying: SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server), basic data modeling for reporting and reconciliation
• ERP Systems: SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba — working understanding of integration architecture
• Ticketing & Collaboration: JIRA, ServiceNow, Confluence
• Productivity & Reporting: MS Excel (advanced), MS Project; Power BI / Tableau for delivery and spend reporting
• Cloud: AWS or Azure — familiarity with SaaS deployment and security models
• Methodology: Agile / Scrum — Scrum Master exposure preferred; JIRA Agile boards for sprint management
