Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an Adobe Experience Cloud Delivery & Practice Leader in India to steer end-to-end implementations across AEM, AEP, RT-CDP, Analytics, Target, Campaign and AJO. You will guide architecture, governance, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital experiences on schedule and within budget.

With 12–18 years of experience, you will mentor engineers, drive capability development, and lead pre-sales while partnering with clients and execs to realise business

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of experience leading Adobe Experience Cloud delivery.
• Expertise across AEM, AEP, RT-CDP, Analytics, Target, Campaign and AJO.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations on time and within scope.
• Drive multiple Adobe engagements across AEM, AEP, RT-CDP, Analytics, Target, Campaign, and AJO.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction for Adobe solutions.
• Review designs for scalability, security, and maintainability; mentor teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology solutions.
• Lead solution design, effort estimation, technical proposals, and client presentations.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and solution demonstrations.
• Develop reusable assets and accelerators; support capability-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Drive successful execution of multiple Adobe engagements across AEM, AEP, RT-CDP, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.

Technical Leadership

• Provide architectural guidance and technical direction for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Review solution designs and ensure scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Mentor technical teams and promote engineering excellence and Adobe best practices.
• Support complex issue resolution and technical decision-making.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, and executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into technology solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery and technical issues.
• Present solution strategies, project status, and delivery updates to senior leadership.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, and project managers.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and performance management.

Practice Development

• Contribute to the growth of the Adobe Practice by developing reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new Adobe products, features, and emerging technologies.
• Support capability-building initiatives through internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Partner with sales and account teams during pre-sales activities.
• Lead solution design, effort estimation, technical proposals, and client presentations.
• Participate in RFP/RFI responses and solution demonstrations.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for Adobe Experience Cloud services.

Governance & Quality

• Establish delivery governance, coding standards, and review processes.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor delivery KPIs, project health, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Client Success

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure successful adoption of Adobe solutions and realization of business outcomes.
