Algoleap Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior AEM Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web experiences using AEM Sites and modern headless components. The role emphasizes strong AEM expertise, with ReactJS advantageous for headless development.

You will develop modular AEM components, integrate with REST/GraphQL, and ensure accessibility, performance, and SEO best practices while collaborating with UI/UX designers and QA teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years frontend experience with minimum 3+ years in AEM 6.4/6.5 or AEM as Cloud Service.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on with HTL/Sightly, ClientLibs, Sling Models, JCR, Dispatcher
• Experience with build tools: Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, NPM/Yarn

Responsibilities

• AEM Frontend Development: Build and maintain responsive UI components in AEM Sites using HTL / Sightly, Sling Models, and Client Libraries
• Component Architecture: Create reusable, modular AEM components, templates, and experience fragments
• Integration: Connect frontend with AEM backend, REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services
• Modern JS Development: Build SPA / Headless AEM components using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Performance & Accessibility: Ensure cross-browser compatibility, page performance, WCAG, and SEO best practices
• Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, backend AEM developers, and QA to deliver pixel-perfect implementations

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior AEM Frontend Engineer with strong expertise inAdobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites) to build scalable, high-performance, andaccessible web experiences. Candidates with ReactJS experience will have astrong advantage as we are building modern headless/hybrid components.

Key Responsibilities:

• *AEM Frontend Development:* Develop and maintain responsive UI components inAEM Sites using HTL / Sightly, Sling Models, and Client Libraries
• *Component Architecture:* Build reusable, modular AEM components, templates,and experience fragments following best practices
• *Integration:* Integrate frontend with AEM backend, REST APIs, GraphQL, andthird-party services
• *Modern JS Development:* Build SPA / Headless AEM components using ReactJS(where applicable), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• *Performance & Quality:* Ensure cross-browser compatibility, pageperformance, WCAG accessibility, and SEO best practices
• *Collaboration:* Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend AEM developers,and QA to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
• *Code Excellence:* Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, andmaintain frontend standards and documentation

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of overall frontend experience with minimum 3+ years in *AEM 6.4 /6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service*
• Strong proficiency in *HTML5, CSS3, SCSS/LESS, JavaScript (ES6+)*
• Hands-on with *HTL/Sightly, ClientLibs, Sling Models, JCR, Dispatcher*
• Experience with build tools: Webpack, Gulp, Grunt, NPM/Yarn
• Good understanding of responsive design, Core Web Vitals, and AEM componentdialogues
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies

Added Advantage (Highly Preferred)

• *ReactJS / http://Next.js* , TypeScript, Redux / Context API
• Experience with AEM Headless / SPA Editor / AEM + React integration
• Familiarity with Storybook, Tailwind CSS, AEM Edge Delivery Services

Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Sites Developer certification is a plus
