Job summary

Photon in Chennai is seeking an AEM Lead to design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager applications and components. You will build reusable AEM components, templates, workflows, and content fragments, and integrate REST APIs with AEM.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Lead junior developers, participate in CI/CD, testing, and performance optimization, while adhering to Adobe standards and security

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with AEM 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).
• Strong knowledge of Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Apache Felix.
• Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and schedulers.
• Strong understanding of AEM Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and Content Services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end development.
• Experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of AEM security, caching, Dispatcher, and performance optimization.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
