We are looking for an Sr. Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java to build scalable, high-performance web solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, customizing, and integrating AEM components while ensuring seamless content management workflows and system scalability.

This position is open exclusively for the Coimbatore location or Hybrid options are available.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain AEM Applications– Build and customize AEM templates, components, and workflows to enhance digital experiences.
  
• Integration & Customization– Integrate AEM with third-party services, RESTful APIs, and other enterprise applications.
  
• Performance Optimization– Ensure application scalability, security, and stability, particularly during high-traffic periods.
  
• Collaboration– Work closely with UI/UX designers, content teams, and backend developers to create seamless digital experiences.
  
• Code Quality & Reviews– Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and maintain clean, maintainable code.
  
• Troubleshooting & Support– Identify and resolve technical issues in AEM and Java-based applications.
  
• Continuous Improvement– Stay updated with emerging AEM technologies and recommend enhancements for better system performance.
  
• Monitor & track the deliverables of peer resources and support as on when necessary for meeting targets.
  

Requirements

• 7 years of hands-on AEM development experience in an enterprise environment.
  
• Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), including cloud infrastructure and cloud-native development practices.
  
• Hands-on experience in migration projects from on-premise or AMS to AEM Cloud.
  
• Strong working knowledge of Blueprints and Multi-Site Manager (MSM) for managing multilingual and multisite architectures.
  
• In-depth knowledge of AEM architecture, workflows, and content management functionalities.
  
• Experience with OSGi, Sling, JCR, and Dispatcher configurations.
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices for AEM deployments.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize AEM performance.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience mentoring junior developers.
  
• Adobe Experience Manager Certification is a plus.
