• Design, develop, and maintain web applications and digital experiences using Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Build and customize Drupal modules, themes, and components; develop and enhance AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Develop backend integrations and services using PHP (for Drupal) and Java/Sling (for AEM).
• Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams during design, development, and deployment phases to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze business and system requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards.
• Participate in deployment activities, including code reviews, CI/CD processes, and environment management across development, staging, and production.
• Integrate third-party APIs, services, and enterprise systems as required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring compatibility with evolving platforms and technologies.
• Contribute to defining best practices, coding standards, and development processes.
• Manage tasks effectively within an Agile/Scrum environment, including sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Document technical designs, processes, and solutions clearly for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Drupal (8/9/10) and/or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x+)
• Experience with AEM tools (Sling, JCR, OSGi, HTL/Sightly) and Drupal APIs/framework
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and third-party integrations
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of web performance optimization, security best practices, and SEO principles
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
