Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our digital experience team. This hands-on contributor role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade digital experiences using AEM.

You will work on AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, component development, integrations, and modern web practices, collaborating with architects, product teams, QA, content authors, and stakeholders to build scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Adobe Experience Manager development experience.
• Strong experience with AEM Sites and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Proficient with editable templates, core components, and content fragments/fragments.
• Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs and external systems.
• Frontend: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; React knowledge a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.
• Deliver end-to-end AEM features and enhancements independently.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable solutions aligned with platform best practices.
• Integrate AEM with external systems and RESTful APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across AEM environments.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, business analysts, and content authors.
• Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and development best practices.
• Support headless and omnichannel content delivery initiatives.
