Job summary

Radial Hr Solutions is seeking an Advocate specializing in Real Estate & Land Laws in Bengaluru. The candidate should hold BA LLB or LLB and be enrolled with the State Bar Council, with a minimum of three years’ experience in Karnataka land and real estate matters.

Strong knowledge of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act and Registration Act is required. Key duties include drafting and vetting Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, NDAs, MOUs and leases, performing title due diligence, and handling land acquisition
