Role Description

This is a full-time on‑site role based in Gurugram for an Advocate. In this role, the Advocate will represent clients in legal proceedings, provide expert legal advice, draft and review legal documents, and research case laws. Responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss their situations, identifying legal options, preparing and filing legal documents, and advocating on clients’ behalf in courts and legal proceedings. The Advocate will also engage in mediation and negotiation processes where required.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise and proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various types of legal documents
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze case laws and formulate legal arguments
• Proficiency in client advocacy, mediation, negotiation, and representation in courts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal terms in simple language
• Detail‑oriented, with strong organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented and diverse environment
• Minimum qualification: LL.B. from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council of India
• Experience in the legal domain related to civil, criminal, or corporate law is a plus
