• Bar enrollment with State Bar Council and eligibility to practice in Maharashtra courts.
• Strong foundation in criminal law, including proficiency with MCOCA, POCSO, NDPS, MPID, SC/ST Act, and Maharashtra Prohibition Act.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi (spoken and written) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal representation in criminal, civil, and family law matters.
• Conduct client consultations, case assessments, and legal research.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, and other court documents.
• Appear regularly before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, and the High Court for arguments and cross-examinations.
• Coordinate with clients and colleagues to ensure timely case progress and maintain accurate records.
