Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• CPA/CA/FCF A/ CFA designation or active pursuit is preferred.

As an Advisory - Deals - FDD - Senior Associate, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will analyze financial information, focusing on quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Current pursuit of or a Certified Public Accountant License, or Chartered Accountant, or Foreign Certified Public Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
