Job summary

Careernet is seeking a Financial Due Diligence professional to perform Quality of Earnings analyses for buy-side and sell-side transactions across PE, VC, and corporate clients. You will analyze financial results and prepare detailed reports to support acquisition decisions and financing arrangements.

You will collaborate with clients, investment banks, PE investors, and US-based project leads, participating in meetings to gather data and perform robust financial analysis under supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business or finance is required.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CFA certification is preferred.
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier firm.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related professionals in the US

• Flexibility in daily work schedule to be available for occasional client time-sensitive requests or deliverables
