What Work You Will be Responsible For

• Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private equity, venture capital, family‑owned businesses, and corporate clients
• Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports
• Prepare detailed financial analyses that help clients evaluate acquisition decisions and financing arrangements
• Evaluate financial information to identify issues or opportunities and recommend post‑acquisition measures
• Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys, and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US‑based project leads
• Participate in client meetings to gather data and valuable information for financial analysis work

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited university
• Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is preferred
• 3+ years of post‑qualification experience in transaction advisory services at a top‑tier accredited public accounting or consulting firm
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
