What Work You Will be Responsible For
- Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy‑side and sell‑side transactions for private equity, venture capital, family‑owned businesses, and corporate clients
- Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports
- Prepare detailed financial analyses that help clients evaluate acquisition decisions and financing arrangements
- Evaluate financial information to identify issues or opportunities and recommend post‑acquisition measures
- Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys, and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US‑based project leads
- Participate in client meetings to gather data and valuable information for financial analysis work
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, business, or finance from an accredited university
- Chartered Accountant or CFA certification is preferred
- 3+ years of post‑qualification experience in transaction advisory services at a top‑tier accredited public accounting or consulting firm
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP

- Strong project management skills
- Strong oral presentation and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience communicating with mid‑level accounting and deal‑related professionals in the US
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internally
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and efficient work habits
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional client time‑sensitive requests or deliverables
