Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru, India, seeks an senior SAP BW/4HANA expert to design and optimize data models and reporting solutions. You will develop and maintain BW components, data flows, and InfoProviders while ensuring performance and reliability across releases.

The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable technical designs, and guiding adoption of SAC and Datasphere integrations. A strong ABAP background and 10+ years in SAP BW/BW/4HANA are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience working with SAP BW, SAP BI, or SAP BW/4HANA.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BW/4HANA development and data modelling.
• Solid ABAP development expertise within SAP BW environments.
• Experience with SAP HANA modelling, performance tuning, and optimisation.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and/or SAP Datasphere.
• Experience delivering SAP BW enhancement, implementation, and support projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with BW-IP, BEx Query Designer, planning functions, filters, sequences, and FOX formulas.
• Knowledge of Business Objects 4.0 or higher (Analysis for Office).
