• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Executing advanced Excel operations (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivots, formulas).
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency and completeness.
• Conducting data verification to prevent errors and duplicates.
• Coordinating with teams and following up to schedule meetings.
• Posting and promoting job openings on LinkedIn and WhatsApp communities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inputing, updating and maintaining accurate data in internal systems and databases.
