Job summary

Harman International in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Domain Scrum Master with 6 to 9 years in Agile and SAFe. You will lead Agile teams, facilitate SAFe ceremonies, and drive continuous improvement to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align with business objectives, track metrics, and remove impediments. This is an office-based role requiring five days on-site in Bengaluru with growth opportunities at a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum Mastering.
• SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• Experience with SAFe implementation in large organizations.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
