Job summary

Ramboll in India is seeking an Assistant Engineer, Aviation to join our Ramboll Engineering Centre. You will join a committed, performance driven team delivering airport projects.

Your responsibilities include designing engineering solutions, planning airside components, preparing design reports and calculations, and collaborating across geographies to meet client expectations. A strong grounding in ISO quality procedures and quality standards is expected.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Designing engineering solutions for airport projects as per the requirements
• Planning and Design of Airside components
• Design reports, calculations, presentations
• Collaborating within team to achieve technical solutions
• Ensuring required quality standards
• Adhering to ISO quality procedures
• Ensuring project delivery in line with project requirements and client expectations
• Willing to collaborate and contribute to various Business development activities
• Can adopt to working across geographies and collaborate with design offices

• Knowledge of airport codes like ICAO, FAA and DGCA preferable
• Exposure to design software such as FAARFIELD, Open Roads, Civil 3D, AviPlan (preferable)
• Experience of planning and design of Airside, like 2D geometry, 3D grading, Marking plan, Aviplan analysis.
• Working towards contractors and attended to site related queries (desirable)
• Should be a team player
• Good communication skills
• Enthusiastic and willing to engage and take ownership of work
