Innovyx Tech Labs in Bangalore is seeking enthusiastic Ads Campaign Interns for a hands-on, 3-month internship to manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels. Freshers with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply!

Qualifications

• Freshers welcome with a strong drive to learn.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Social Media Marketing.
• Good analytical mindset—comfortable with metrics and spreadsheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work in-office full-time in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Management: assist in building, launching paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Ad Copy & Creative Direction: collaborate with design and content teams to draft effective ad copy and visuals.
• Performance Tracking: monitor daily metrics, CTR, and conversion costs.
• Optimization & A/B Testing: run audience and creative tests to improve ROAS.
• Reporting: prepare weekly performance reports on leads, spend, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Setup & Management: Assist in building, organizing, and launching paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other marketing platforms.
• Ad Copy & Creative Direction: Collaborate with design and content teams to draft compelling ad copy and visual hooks that convert.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily campaign performance, impression metrics, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion costs.
• Optimization & A/B Testing: Run audience and creative tests to optimize campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Reporting: Prepare weekly performance reports to track leads, ad spend efficiency, and channel growth.

What We Are Looking For

• Freshers & Immediate Joiners with a passion for digital marketing, media buying, and analytics.
• Basic understanding or interest in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Social Media Marketing.
