To successfully execute ADP's Global Initiative delivering mobile Time & Pay capabilities across APAC, we require an India-based Client Support and Infrastructure team providing 24/7 support during regional business hours. These resources are essential to meet regulatory data residency requirements, ensure same-timezone support for critical payroll and time-tracking operations, and build client trust in the region. The India-based geographic requirement is non-negotiable due to local data governance frameworks; regional support hours (09:0021:00 IST with after-hours on-call coverage) eliminate timezone delays and enable rapid response to critical issues
