Job summary

Newpage Solutions is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for our Content Supply Chain platform. The role focuses on enhancing an integrated content creation ecosystem powered by Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and other enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Adobe Workfront, including user management, permissions, project setup, and system configuration.
• Customize Workfront by creating custom fields, forms, workflows, and project configurations based on business requirements.
• Support Workfront capabilities such as task management, collaboration, workflow automation, and reporting.
• Design, develop, configure, and deploy integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion.
• Build and maintain integrations between Adobe Workfront, AEM, Salesforce CRM, WeChat, and other enterprise applications.

Your Mission

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions for our Content Supply Chain (CSC) platform.

The role focuses on enhancing an integrated content creation ecosystem powered by Adobe Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and other enterprise applications. You will build scalable integrations, automate workflows, and improve connectivity between project management, digital asset management, content metadata, and CRM systems.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable marketers and agency users to create, manage, and deliver marketing content more efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You’ll Do

WorkfrontFusion&IntegrationDevelopment

• Design,develop,configure,anddeployintegrationsusingAdobeWorkfrontFusion.
• BuildandmaintainintegrationsbetweenAdobeWorkfront,AEM,SalesforceCRM,WeChat,andotherenterpriseapplications.
• Configureintegrationscenarios,triggers,actions,datamappings,andautomatedworkflows.
• Troubleshootintegrationfailures,datasynchronizationissues,andworkflowexecutionerrors.
• Developscalableandreusableintegrationsolutionsalignedwithbusinessandtechnicalrequirements.

Testing,Deployment&Support

• Monitorandmaintainexistingintegrations,ensuringreliability,performance,andoperationalstability.
• Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholders,technicalteams,andclientrepresentativestounderstandintegrationrequirements.
• Preparetechnicaldocumentationcoveringintegrationconfigurations,workflows,andAPIconnectivity.
• Demonstrateconfiguredintegrationsandprovidehigh-leveltrainingtoclientadministrators.
• Workcloselywiththeteamtoensuretimelyandhigh-qualitydelivery.

What You Bring

RequiredSkills&Experience

• 5+yearsofexperiencedevelopingintegrationsbetweenSaaSapplicationsandenterprisewebservices.
• Hands-onexperiencewithiPaaSplatforms,preferablyAdobe
  WorkfrontFusion.
• ExperienceadministeringandcustomizingAdobeWorkfront,includingusers,permissions,customforms,fields,andworkflows.
• Hands-onexperiencedesigninganddevelopingintegrationsusingAdobeWorkfrontFusion.
• ProficiencyinhandlingdataformatssuchasJSON,XML,CSV,andPDF.
• Experienceconfiguringtriggers,actions,APIcalls,andautomatedintegrationworkflows.
• Provenabilitytogatherrequirementsandindependentlydesign,develop,test,deploy,andsupportintegrationsolutions.
• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
