Job summary

DHL IT Services in Indore, India, seeks an Adobe Marketo Engage IT Consultant to own and operate a large, global Marketo environment from an IT perspective. You will configure, govern, integrate, and support Marketo with Dynamics CRM and other analytics tools, enabling business goals for thousands of programs and millions of contacts.

Responsibilities include second/third-line support, data model governance, and upskilling the internal team to sustain Marketo competence.

Qualifications

• Several years of recent, hands-on experience administering Adobe Marketo Engage in a complex production environment.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Marketo Engage and proficiency in administration.
• End-to-End IT technical knowledge of Marketo Engage (campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring nurturing, data model, database management, API integration capabilities).
• Experience from a DevOps organization, combining IT support and build / consulting skills.

We are seeking hands-on Adobe Marketo Engage IT consultant to take technical and operational IT ownership of our large, business-critical global Marketo environment. Your mission. As an Adobe Marketo IT Consultant, you must have strong hands-on Marketo Engage administration experience, covering platform configuration, data management, governance, integrations and production support. Provide 2nd and 3rd level support to Adobe Marketo Engage (hundreds of users) on one of the largest Marketo instance Adobe has globally. Collaborate with global Marketing team to understand their business goals and recommend fitting IT solutions. Advise on Marketo campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring and landing pages from IT perspective (thousands of programs). Consult on the Marketo Data model, manage database, users etc. (millions of contacts). Integrate Marketo with other tools such as Dynamics CRM, social media platforms or analytics. Act as a Marketo IT expert. Share knowledge across the organization - both for Innovation and ongoing support. • As a Adobe Marketo DevOps Consultant, following knowledge is essential.
• Hands-on knowledge with Marketo Engage from IT delivery perspective.
• Ability to provide actionable insights recommendations to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of recent, hands-on experience administering Adobe Marketo Engage in a complex production environment.
• Hands-on functional knowledge of Marketo Engage and proficiency in administration.
• End-to‑End IT technical knowledge of Marketo Engage (campaigns, email marketing, lead scoring nurturing, data model, database management, API integration capabilities).
• Nice to have, experience in social media platforms, analytics tools or CRM (Dynamics preferred).
• Experience from a DevOps organization, combining IT support and build / consulting skills.
• Experience from a global enterprise with geographically distributed teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Independence, openness, eagerness to learn.
