Job summary

White Horse Manpower Consultancy is seeking a technical support specialist to troubleshoot Adobe AEM CMS issues and optimize performance in Java applications. You will analyze JVM Heap and Thread Dumps, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and collaborate with Engineering on escalations and product improvements.

Ideal candidates will investigate and validate customer-reported bugs, reproduce issues, and provide clear reports to drive stability and faster resolutions in a Bengaluru-based role.
