Infonic Training in Jaipur, Rajasthan is seeking an Admissions Counsellor to drive admissions for our Digital Marketing Institute. The role combines student counselling, admission sales, lead management and day-to-day administrative responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with students and parents, explaining course details, handling enquiries and converting prospects into admissions. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
• Confidence in handling calls, face-to-face counselling and sales conversations.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.
• A responsible attitude, willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Counsel students about digital marketing courses, course structure, fees and career opportunities.
• Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins and other channels.
• Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
• Work towards admission targets and earn additional incentives based on successful admissions.
• Maintain enquiry databases, follow-up records and admission documentation.
• Manage daily administrative tasks, student registrations and coordination of batches and schedules.
• Communicate with enrolled students regarding classes, updates and other institute-related information.
• Prepare daily reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions and admissions.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for students and visitors.
