Role Description

The Admission Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Aakash centre in Kozhikode. The Admission Officer will interact with prospective students and families, provide detailed information about courses and programs, and guide them through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment. Daily responsibilities include responding to walk-in and phone inquiries, conducting counseling sessions, managing application forms and documentation, and coordinating with academic and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and admissions, following up with prospective applicants, and supporting local marketing and outreach activities to increase enrolment. The Admission Officer is expected to uphold AESL’s student-centric approach by delivering high-quality customer service and representing the institution professionally at all times.
