Role Description

The Admission Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The individual in this position will guide NEET UG and NEET PG aspirants through the counseling and admission process, including explaining eligibility criteria, college options, and application procedures. Daily tasks include conducting counseling sessions (in-person and by phone), responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records of student interactions, and following up with prospective students to support them through each admission stage. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on changing regulations, coordinating with partner institutions when required, and supporting outreach or information sessions to attract and assist prospective applicants.
