• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Terraform, Git).

Responsibilities

• Support & manage Linux/Windows/VMware/DDI patching, upgrades, migrations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analyses during incidents.
• Monitor customer SLAs and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.
• Plan and implement change management requests.
• Write and maintain automation scripts to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and operations for end‑to‑end solutions.

Job Summary

Seeking a system engineer with strong communication, documentation, and technical skills, including in-depth knowledge of Linux OS (preferably Redhat 8+), Windows OS, Cloud and virtualization.

Job Description

• Three to Eight years of previous working experience as a System Engineer or Administrator
• Basic understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies. Able to manage Windows & VMware vSphere environments.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms, including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, and other services.
• Support solutions involving Cloud (Azure/AWS), Windows/VMware, Linux, and DDI
• Expertise in version control using Git and related tools. Hands‑on experience with Terraform
• Experience in managing secure CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration tools.
• Experience with cloud based infra solutions (AWS/ Azure)
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis calls during incidents or outages.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architecture, DevOps, and operations to support end‑to‑end solutions.
• Support and administration of Linux OS/Windows OS and application monitoring (SysEdge, Splunk)
• 24/7 On call availability
