Job summary

Amazon Dev Center India - Hyderabad is seeking an enthusiastic HR Benefits Associate to deliver benefits processing with accuracy and respond to employee queries with SLA adherence. The role collaborates across Payroll, Onboarding, Exits and Insurance vendors to resolve issues.

The team emphasizes data-driven insights and process improvements, supporting Amazonians across regions with confidential handling of information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of human resources experience.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent.
• Experience in confidential environments.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Bias for action by timely completing the assigned benefits processes with 100% accuracy.
• Demonstrate Customer obsession by addressing employee queries received via email or tickets with SLA and provide accurate resolution to employee issue.
• Demonstrate Ownership by highlighting any potential risk issues and challenges that may cause impact to our employees.
• Demonstrate Ownership by reviewing process documentation and making updates on a regular basis.
• Provide required support to SME/Team lead for Dive deep into data and benefits stats reporting.
• Liaise with internal (support teams like Payroll, Employee resource center, Exits, Onboarding team etc.) and external stake holders (Insurance vendors) for resolving employee queries and complete administrative processes.

The Team: Amazon Benefits Experience & Technology Service Delivery (BXT‑SD) India Hub Team owns the delivery of benefits operations for Amazonians working in the US, APAC, MENA, EMEA and South Africa.

Key job responsibilities
