As an Administrative Assistant (AA), you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple senior stakeholders across global regions, including APAC, EMESA, and the US. You will serve as a trusted business partner, enabling stakeholders to operate effectively by proactively managing day-to-day administrative priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
At BCG, Administrative Assistants are integral members of the Business Services Team (BST). We encourage continuous learning and professional development, empowering AAs to build new capabilities and grow alongside the evolving needs of the business.
In this role, you will take ownership of complex calendars and schedules, anticipate stakeholder needs, coordinate activities across multiple time zones, and manage confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
By providing seamless administrative support, you will help maximize stakeholder productivity and enable leaders to focus on strategic and value-added priorities.
You will collaborate closely with Administrative Assistants and business support colleagues across BCG’s global organization to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery. As business needs evolve, you may also provide backup support and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.
At BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in-person collaboration plays an important role in our culture, mentorship, and professional development.
For this role, you will generally be expected to work from a BCG office or in person with clients on a regular basis (typically around 50% of working time), depending on business needs and in line with local policies and practices.
We aim to provide a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters connection and teamwork.
