Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administrative Intern to support our day‑to‑day office operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain practical experience in administration, coordination, and office management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Support data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for office‑related requirements.
• Assist in inventory and office supply management.
• Help organize meetings, events, and employee activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
