Job summary

Qualifications

As an ADAS Architect, you will lead the design, development, and integration of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), enabling safer, smarter, and more autonomous vehicles. This role combines deep technical expertise with architectural leadership to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions across automotive platforms.

Your Role

You will be responsible for defining and implementing end-to-end ADAS system architectures, collaborating with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust perception, sensor fusion, and control solutions. You will provide technical leadership, guide architectural decisions, and ensure compliance with automotive quality and safety standards.

In this role, you will:

• Lead presales solutioning activities for ADAS programs and customer engagements.
• Define and implement ADAS system architectures incorporating sensor suites such as radar, lidar, ultrasonic sensors, cameras, and IMUs.
• Having 12+ years of experience on Design and develop perception systems including object detection, lane recognition, environmental mapping, and autonomous driving functionalities.
• Architect sensor fusion frameworks to enable reliable and accurate environmental understanding.
• Design modular, scalable software architectures for ECU platforms, middleware, and communication interfaces.
• Optimize computational performance, memory utilization, and real-time processing for embedded automotive platforms.
• Manage sensor and hardware calibration activities, including intrinsic and extrinsic calibration of cameras, radars, and other sensors.
• Collaborate with functional safety teams to ensure compliance with ISO 26262 and ASIL requirements.
• Work closely with OEMs and suppliers to define technical specifications for sensors, ECUs, and ADAS software modules.
• Partner with hardware and software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.

Your Profile

Mandatory Skills

• 12+ years of experience in automotive architecture with strong focus on ADAS system design, development, and integration.
• Expertise in advanced perception technologies including object detection, lane recognition, environmental mapping, and autonomous driving functions.
• Strong experience with sensor technologies such as radar, lidar, ultrasonic sensors, cameras, and sensor fusion frameworks.
• Proven experience in software architecture development for Vision and Lidar-based algorithms.
• Expertise in requirements analysis, system design, and implementation of customer-specific ADAS solutions.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, real-time processing, and automotive software architectures.
• Experience working with automotive communication protocols and ECU architectures.
• Exposure to Automotive SPICE and Functional Safety (ISO 26262).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
• Knowledge of autonomous driving technologies and vehicle control systems.
• Familiarity with high-performance computing platforms used in ADAS applications.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
