Job summary

Expleo in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced ADAS Radar/Camera/Lidar Technical Lead to drive design, development and validation of perception algorithms for next‑generation autonomous driving systems. You will own end‑to‑end signal processing for radar, camera and lidar, including range‑Doppler processing, CFAR, clustering and object tracking, ensuring automotive‑grade real‑time performance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in RADAR / camera / Lidar signal processing.
• Understanding of FFT, windowing, filtering; Doppler processing; AoA estimation (MUSIC, beamforming).
• Object tracking and multi-target tracking algorithms.
• C++ for embedded algorithm deployment (Mandatory).
• Understanding of automotive communication (CAN / Ethernet).
• Experience with L2 / L2+ ADAS features.
• Familiarity with sensor fusion concepts.
• Awareness of ISO 26262 / ASPICE processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of RADAR / camera / Lidar signal processing and perception algorithms.
• Own end-to-end perception pipeline.
• Optimize algorithms for automotive-grade real-time constraints.
• Own technical roadmap for complete application and algorithm development.

Job description

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ADAS RADAR / camera / Lidar Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and validation of perception algorithms for next-generation ADAS and autonomous driving systems. The role involves technical ownership of signal processing, object detection, tracking, and fusion-ready radar outputs, working closely with system, hardware, and validation teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead development of RADAR / camera / Lidar signal processing and perception algorithms

  • Range–Doppler–Angle processing
  • CFAR detection
  • Clustering & object tracking (Kalman/Extended Kalman, IMM, JPDA)

• Own end-to-end perception pipeline

  • Raw ADC detections tracks object list

• Optimize algorithms for automotive-grade real-time constraints

• Own technical roadmap for complete application and algorithm development

• Mentor algorithm engineers and guide design reviews

• Drive architectural decisions for radar processing chain

• Support porting of algorithms to embedded targets (DSP / SoC / MCU)

• Collaborate with software teams for:
