Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for automotive applications.
• Develop ADAS components such as Vehicle Motion Control, Sensor Fusion, and ADAS applications.
• Integrate ADAS software components in the QNX operating system.
• Work with automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP).
• Collaborate with India and China teams using English and Chinese communication.

Job description

We are looking for ADAS Developer with strong Embedded/C++, Linux skills and exposure to the Automotive domain. The candidate will work on developing and maintaining software for automotive applications.

Job Description

Experience: 6-12 years

Location: Pune

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Embedded Systems, or a related field; Minimum 10 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on ADAS algorithm development.

• Hands‑on experience with high performance SoCs (NVIDIA or Qualcomm)
• Strong programming skills in C++ or Model-Based Development (Matlab/Simulink)
• Hands‑on experience in developing ADAS components such as Vehicle Motion Control, Sensor Fusion, ADAS Applications (AEB, ACC, LKA, Lane Centring)
• Good understanding of vehicle dynamics
• Good understanding of automotive control systems such as PID and MPC
• Good understanding of Kalman Filters / State Estimation techniques
• Hands‑on experience in integration of ADAS software components in QNX Operating System
• Good understanding of AUTOSAR (Classic and/ or Adaptive)
• Experience with debugging and analysis tools such as CANoe
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, SOME/IP)
• Good proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to enable effective communication between India and China teams
