Job summary

A leading technology firm in Faridabad seeks an IT Administrator responsible for managing on-premises Active Directory and Azure hybrid infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows Server on VMWARE/Hyper-V and proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Strong communication skills are essential as this role demands effective reporting and documentation. Employees will primarily work in the office and may occasionally travel to Chennai or overseas.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of managing Active Directory and Azure Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure.
• Ability to administer Windows Server environments on VMWARE/Hyper-V.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and .NET for automation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain on-premises Active Directory and hybrid Azure Cloud.
• Administer Windows Server on VMWARE/Hyper-V and oversee backup processes.

Skills

On-premise Active Directory Administrator & ADFS Administration

Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM and MAM

Support hybrid Azure AD joined and Azure AD joined devices

Manage synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD using Azure AD Connect

Window Server Administration in Data Center

Patching via WSUS or configuration management tools SCCM/Manage Engine

Proficient PowerShell Scripting /.NET Programming

Experience on VMWARE, Hyper-V Admin & Backup Tools

Work Experience on Azure Security Centre, Azure Defender, and Azure Sentinel

Work Experience in ISO27001/SOC2/GDPR Compliant Organization
