Job summary

Kotak Life in Mumbai (Goregaon East) seeks an Actuarial ERM Manager with 2+ years in a life insurance actuary team. You will analyze mortality experience, track policyholder persistency, and prepare key ERM materials for senior management and IRDA submissions.

Collaborating with valuation and shareholder reporting teams, you will help establish mortality, lapse, surrender, and paid-up assumptions, drafting Chapter 3 for the annual report and contributing to enterprise risk management efforts.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in the actuarial team of a Life Insurer.
• 4-7 actuarial exams from IFoA or IAI.
• Proficient in Excel and Access.
• Familiarity with DCS, SQL and VBA would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
