Job summary

Milliman India seeks a qualified actuarial professional to join our global consulting team. You will work on actuarial modelling, valuations, pricing, business planning and mergers and acquisitions under the guidance of senior actuaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Pursuing actuarial examinations from a recognized professional body.

Desired Experience And Professional Qualifications

• 4+ year of professional experience
• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
• Pursuing actuarial examinations from a recognized professional body/institute

Desired competencies

• Basic actuarial domain knowledge of life and annuity products
• Knowledge of Python, R and SQL is preferred
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment as well as independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to take ownership of a technical challenge and see it through to a successful conclusion
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Driven and self-motivated
