Milliman, a leading actuarial consulting firm, seeks actuarial professionals to join our life practice in Gurgaon. This is an ideal entry to mid-level role for students and early career actuaries to collaborate with experts worldwide and deliver high-quality work.

You will engage in actuarial modelling, valuations, pricing, and business planning across diverse projects, while pursuing actuarial examinations with support from the firm.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• Pursuing actuarial examinations with recognized body.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-quality actuarial work.
• Handle actuarial projects including modelling, valuations, pricing, and M&A.

Desired experience and professional qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field (Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, etc.)
• Pursuing actuarial examinations from a recognized professional body/institute

Desired competencies

• Basic actuarial domain knowledge of life and annuity products
• Knowledge of Prophet, Python, R and SQL is preferred
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment as well as independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to take ownership of a technical challenge and see it through to a successful conclusion
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Driven and self-motivated
