Job summary

Hitachi Systems, Ltd. in Bengaluru seeks an AD Administrator to manage user and computer accounts, OUs, GPOs, and security groups. You will deploy and troubleshoot AD DS, DNS, DHCP, and Kerberos/SSO related issues, and support onboarding and offboarding processes.

The role involves scripting in PowerShell for reporting, performing health checks, and coordinating with L3 and security teams to resolve incidents and prepare RCA documents.

Responsibilities

• Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS).
• Create, modify, disable, and delete user, group, and computer accounts.
• Manage Organizational Units (OUs) and delegation of control.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
• Troubleshoot authentication issues involving Kerberos, NTLM, and SSO.
• Investigate account lockouts and login‑related issues.
• Perform Active Directory health checks and replication monitoring.
• Manage DNS and DHCP services in Windows environments.
• Perform security group management and access reviews.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for reporting.
• Monitor Domain Controllers and resolve AD‑related incidents.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation for major incidents.
• Coordinate with L3 teams, security teams, and application owners.
