Job summary

Infosys in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Active Directory administrator to manage and harden identity services across enterprise environments. You will administer AD, DNS/DHCP, GPOs, and access controls, ensuring reliable authentication and policy enforcement.

You will integrate Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID, perform migrations and health checks, automate tasks with PowerShell, and maintain runbooks and documentation to support secure, compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory infrastructure across enterprise environments.
• Manage user accounts, groups, organizational units (OUs), and access permissions.
• Configure and maintain Group Policies (GPOs) to enforce security and compliance standards.
• Manage ADDS, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Perform Active Directory health checks, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Implement and manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integration and synchronization.
• Support identity lifecycle management, password policies, and access governance.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripts.
• Perform Active Directory migrations, upgrades, patching, and disaster recovery activities.
• Ensure security best practices, audit compliance, and privileged access controls are maintained.
• Troubleshoot authentication, replication, and domain-related issues.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and runbooks.
