Job summary

LTM in Pune, India is seeking an experienced Active Directory Architect to lead large-scale identity management initiatives. You will plan, design, implement, and optimize AD infrastructure across enterprise environments using LDAP, PowerShell, and Group Policy.

You will troubleshoot complex AD issues, assess security configurations, and guide engineering teams through migration and integration projects, ensuring reliability and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of AD attributes, LDAP queries, and PowerShell scripting.
• Extensive knowledge of Group Policy and GPO configuration.
• Experience planning and implementing directory synchronization and identity management solutions.
• Ability to lead large Active Directory projects.
• Experience troubleshooting Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan, support, implement and design a directory synchronization system for AD and Windows systems enterprise-wide.
• Configure Group Policies and integrate AD management tools and services.
• Analyze, design, and implement Active Directory and Identity Management solutions.
• Independently manage engineering lead roles for large AD/Identity projects.
• Assess current AD environments to identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Analyze, design, capacity plan, and implement AD security.

• Strong understanding of AD Attributes LDAP Queries PowerShell Scripting to Modify AD Attributes Group Policy Analysis GPO Configuration Item Level Targeting
• Strong knowledge of permissions that are granted natively to various Microsoft BuiltIn Groups to perform Active Directory Administrative Functions knowledge of native permissions granted when building AD objects knowledge of permissions granted natively to BuiltIn Groups via GPOs and/or Local Policies
• Thorough functional understanding and ability to configure Active Directory Server Roles CAs IIS FilePrint DNS
• Working knowledge of GPOs AD Sites Replication Topology and native AD troubleshooting tools
• Plan support implement and design a directory synchronization system for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows based systems across the enterprise including directory and identity management solutions
• Implementation of Business driven changes Configuration of Group Policies and Integration of AD Management tools services
