Job summary

Cloudxtreme in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced AD DS administrator to manage and engineer Microsoft Active Directory services across a multi-site enterprise. You will design and implement Group Policy, troubleshoot replication, and ensure secure Kerberos authentication.

The role requires strong problem-solving, documentation, and the ability to work with enterprise IT teams to maintain domain controllers, DNS, and connectivity.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) administration and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Group Policy design, creation, linking, inheritance, loopback processing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of AD replication, replication topology, replication conflicts, and troubleshooting tools/processes.
• Experience managing Active Directory Sites and Services in multi-site enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Kerberos authentication, including ticket flows, SPNs, constrained/unconstrained delegation, and common failure scenarios.
• Experience troubleshooting domain controller, DNS, authentication, and connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Windows Server administration in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with AD health checks, event log analysis, and standard troubleshooting tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and incident resolution skills.
• Ability to document technical issues, remediation steps, and engineering standards clearly.
