Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex issues including:
• Login failures
• Group Policy issues
• Domain replication
• SSO, MFA, Conditional Access
• Manage hybrid identity environments, including:
• Entra ID Connect (synchronization)
• RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)
• Application integrations (OAuth, SAML)
• Participate in incident and change management processes
• Create technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers

Requirements

• 8-9 years of experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
