Job summary

TalentAhead in Mumbai is seeking a Field Sales Executive to acquire new customers, generate NTB Savings Account openings, and build lasting relationships through local market activities.

You will cross-sell banking products such as FD, Insurance, Credit Cards & Loans, ensure KYC/compliance, and work toward monthly targets while developing the catchment. This role requires proactive field engagement, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through field visits, leads, references, and market activities.
• Generate NTB (New-to-Bank) Savings Account business.
• Identify prospects and build strong customer relationships.
