Job summary

Accenture is searching for a Technology Operating Model Manager to lead strategic IT and business operating-model transformations for global clients in a dynamic Strategy & Transformation setting.

The role focuses on defining agile, product-aligned, and shared-services operating models, guiding governance, funding, and workforce transformation, while translating AI, cloud, and digital trends into actionable roadmaps for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• 7–10 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Experience in at least 2 offerings: Tech Strategy/Tech Operating Models/Product-oriented operating model/IT Shared Services Strategy
• 3+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing large teams, including workshops and strategy recommendations
• Knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts (Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration)

Responsibilities

• Design future-ready IT operating models, including agile and product-oriented approaches
• Create expert content for C-level discussions and translate trends into client value
• Manage budgets and build proposals for IT strategy and operating model engagements
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformation outcomes

• Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Mobility, Cloud, Digital, Collaboration
• A strong understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services and Consumer Product Goods Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential
