Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technology Strategy & Transformation professional to shape technology costs and cost profiles for clients in India. You will work with senior leaders across business, technology and operations to identify opportunities, define problems, and deliver cost takeout initiatives.

The role involves advising on IT financial management, cloud cost optimization, and enterprise architecture, with exposure to TBM tools and AI value management, across multiple cities in India including

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in large-scale Tech Value deals, sales & GTM strategy.
• Understanding of how an organization’s tech finance operates and impacts value case & investment profile.
• Experience in technology strategy projects focused on Technology value/cost optimization, IT Financial Management, Cloud cost management, AI Value management.

The Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice is a part of Accenture Strategy and focuses on our clients’ most strategic priorities.

You would be working with senior leaders at client organizations and partner with them to create strategic solutions at the intersection of business, technology, and operations.

As a part of this high performing team, these are some of the initiatives you will drive:

Business problem assessment: Interact with client stakeholders to understand their problems, define a problem statement, understand the scope of the engagement, and drive projects to deliver value to the client

Analysis: Understand the technology costs and do a deep dive within individual cost items. Analyze the cost profile through multiple lenses such as business lens, technology lens, financial lens etc.

• Deliver Value: Guide your team to suggest the right solutions to meet the needs of clients and help draw up practical implementation road maps that position them for long-term success Understand and deploy the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement

Ensure Continued Success: Mentor junior members of the team and groom them for more responsibility; contribute towards developing assets and accelerators to improve the Tech ROI offering, and lead GTM activities and support business development work

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in being part of large-scale Tech Value deals, sales & GTM strategy skills.
• Having understanding of how organization’s Tech finance operates and how it impacts overall value case & investment profile.
• Must have been part of complex technology strategy projects focused on Technology value/cost optimization, IT Financial Management (Apptio and other TBM tools), AI Value Management, IT Budgeting, Investment Management, Cloud cost management and additional exposure technology strategy areas such as operating model design, enterprise architecture.

Quickly understand the key value drivers of a business, how they impact the scope and approach of the engagement

• Advanced presentation, public speaking skills and ability to drive C-suite/senior leadership level discussions
• Ability to manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals
• Create expert content and take part in professional forums

Maximize capacity to develop high impact thought leadership that articulates a forward-thinking view of the market and work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
