Job summary

Accenture seeks a Technology Operating Model Senior Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across multiple client engagements in India. You will shape technology operating models, guide AI-enabled transformations, and drive multi-disciplinary teams to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• MBA from a tier 1 institute required or strongly preferred.
• 14+ years of experience in strategy consulting or related leadership roles.
• Experience in at least two offerings: tech strategy, operating models, product oriented operating model, IT shared services, GCC or IT due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Design future-ready IT operating models including agile and product-oriented approaches.
• Shape AI operating model recommendations, governance, funding and demand intake.
• Translate business value drivers into engagement scope, roadmaps and transformation outcomes.
• Provide thought leadership on AI, cloud, data, and emerging technologies for client discussions.
• Develop content for C-level discussions and industry trend insights.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial proposals for IT strategy engagements.

• Drive IT Strategy and Operating model Pipeline and Manage Teams – Actively support building pipelines for IT Strategy and operating model type of work, manage teams to deliver success

• Design future-ready IT operating models, including agile and product-oriented operating models, Service oriented operating models, Managed Services operating models etc, governance and decision rights, organization structure, roles and skills, workforce transformation, sourcing strategy, IT shared services, process transformation and business case
• Shape AI operating model recommendations, including AI governance, roles and responsibilities, funding and demand intake, data/platform enablement, responsible AI controls, delivery lifecycle, adoption and scaling mechanisms
• Understand and deploy the key business and technology value drivers and translate them into engagement scope, priorities, roadmaps and transformation outcomes
• Excel as a long-term trusted advisor and partner by providing thought leadership and profound knowledge of market trends across AI, IT strategy, operating model transformation, cloud, data, AI and emerging technologies
• Create expert content for C-Level discussions and demonstrate strong understanding of client industries, technology trends and IT operating model topics to advise senior leadership
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities and build financial proposals for IT strategy and operating model transformation engagements

• MBA from a tier 1 institute
• Your prior experience-
• 7 – 10 years of Strategy Consulting experience at a consulting firm
• Experience in at least 2 of the example offerings: Tech Strategy driving innovation and latest technology trends (like GenAI, Agentic AI), Tech Operating Models, Product oriented operating model, IT Shared Services Strategy, GCC, IT Due Diligence
• 5+ years of experience in driving demand origination and managing pipelines
• 5+ years of experience in leading multi-functional teams to deliver outcomes
• 3+ years of experience writing business cases (quantitative and qualitative) to support strategic business initiatives, process improvement initiatives, or IT transformation
• 2+ years of experience leading or managing large teams effectively including planning/structuring analytical work, facilitating team workshops, and developing technology strategy recommendations
• Good knowledge of technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends e.g. Artificial Intelligence,
• A strong understanding in any of the following industries is preferred: Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Transportation, Hospitality, Automotive/Industrial, Mining and Resources or equivalent domains
• Exposure to industry frameworks e.g. TOGAF, DODAF desirable but not essential
