Job summary

Accenture in India invites a Business Analyst / Consultant to join the Commodity Market Operations practice in Bengaluru. You will support energy clients across oil, gas, power and utilities, focusing on optimizing trading operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance through ETRM implementations.

You will document processes across Front, Mid, and Back Office, drive Endur-based solutions, and collaborate with global teams to deliver value. Travel flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Energy industry exposure in Oil & Gas production, refining, or distribution
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in Commodity Trading
• Consulting or Industry functional experience in one or more ETRM tools
• Exposure to commodities such as Gasoline, Diesel, Aviation Fuel, Heating Oil
• Solid understanding of P&L, Accounting, Taxes, Financial Risk, and Derivatives
• Knowledge of Production, Planning, Logistics, Storage, Distribution, Operations Risk
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Preferably experienced in Endur (Ops – scheduling, actualization, settlements, accounting, inventory)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel within and outside the country.
