Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a CA firm.
• Proficiency with Tally or Zoho Books.
• Solid MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Basic GST & TDS knowledge.
• Strong communication and client coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

HCO & Co., Chartered Accountants is looking for an Accounts & Tax Associate to join our team in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage books of accounts for clients
• Handle accounting and bookkeeping on Tally / Zoho Books and similar platforms
• Prepare and file GST returns and related reconciliations
• Assist in preparing GST refund applications and supporting documentation
• Prepare working papers and details for GST notices, audits and assessments
• Prepare and file TDS returns and related compliances
• Assist with ROC / MCA compliances and filings
• Coordinate with clients for accounting and compliance-related information

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a CA firm
• Good working knowledge of Tally and/or Zoho Books
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Word and other MS Office applications
• Basic practical knowledge of GST and TDS compliances
• Good communication and client coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet statutory deadlinesWillingness to learn and take ownership of assignments
